SCT provide ongoing Installation of new stores equipment and temporary “Tent / Pop Up” sales. A comprehensive installation of Network cabling, Wireless communications and POS positions / lanes performed. SCT support engineers onsite on opening days.

6.          Key Account Managers dedicated to every customer

A dedicated account manager is assigned to all our clients and conducts monthly service review meetings which include monthly call analysis, client feedback and advise on future projects.

7.          Security

SCT are aware of the Security issues that may arise from visiting our Client’s stores at their POS lanes and Back Office.

Our engineers have photo ID cards and have detailed Security requirements for every client. All engineers are dressed in “SCT” labelled clothing for added security. SCT engineers are aware and adhere to our Client’s Health and Safety requirements.
