The Retail Satisfaction Barometer serves as an industry-leading resource for measuring retail satisfaction trends in the US, with a focus on the impact of Customer service.
The survey was carried out in the US, however it gives a good indication of what retailers should consider in Ireland for the future. This is an excellent study by the CFI Group modeled after their 7 year and running Call Centre Satisfaction Index with an insight from a pool of 1,200 consumers.
The analysis of this data enables Retailers to predict the impact of service and product improvements on customer satisfaction, loyalty, recommendations and other metrics that impact the bottom line.
